• Services are delivered as per the agreed-upon scope, timeline, and pricing.

2. Payments

• Payments must be made within 5 days of receiving an invoice.

• Late payments incur a 1.5% late fee.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer, Credit Cards.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the service start.

• Refunds for unused services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

• No refunds for completed services.

4. Confidentiality

We ensure the confidentiality of your information and require the same from clients for shared proprietary data.

5. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Errors or delays caused by third-party platforms.
