1. Services
- We offer virtual assistant and related services.
- Services are delivered per the agreed scope, timeline, and pricing.
2. Payments
- Payments must be made within 5 days of receiving an invoice.
- Late payments incur a 1.5% late fee.
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Payoneer, and credit cards.
3. Cancellation and refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours before the service start.
- Refunds for unused services are evaluated case by case.
- No refunds for completed services.
4. Confidentiality
We protect the confidentiality of your information, and ask the same of clients for any shared proprietary data.
5. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Errors or delays caused by third-party platforms.
This is MM Dynamic Duo's existing terms, rebuilt into the new site. One thing to update: these list PayPal, Payoneer, and credit cards, while the new site checkout uses Yoco. Worth aligning, and worth a quick legal review, before launch.
